Expert Witness

FACT has personnel that have been accepted in all judicial districts in New Mexico since 1984. They have also testified as an expert in the field of toxicology and chemistry in West Texas, Washington state, and Missouri. Cases range from personal questions to criminal cases that include Corrections, Employment issues, insurance cases, personal injury in Metropolitan, Municipal, District Courts and have been introduced in Federal Court. Consultation in the other disciplines of forensics that lead to expert services are available.
